8. FINAL PROVISIONS

8.1. The vehicle might be equipped with geolocation devices (GPS) that might be used only for the purposes described on clause 6.1.3 of the present General Terms and Conditions.

8.2. In case the LESSEE does not oppose, documents and communications related to the Agreement, from TURISCAR to the LESSEE, may be made electronically.

8.3. The Parties specifically agree as their addresses those set out in the Agreement.

8.4. The Agreement is regulated by Portuguese Law.

The LESSEE accepts General and Specific Conditions of this Agreement which have been explained to him in due time and is aware of his rights and obligations which he undertakes to observe and respect.
