GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR VEHICLE HIRE

The present self-drive car hire agreement is entered into between SOVIAL – SOCIEDADE DE VIATURAS DE ALUGUER, UNIPESSOAL, LDA. (TURISCAR) and the CUSTOMER identified in the Specific Conditions (CUSTOMER), applying the following General Terms & Conditions, the preceding Specific Conditions and the Vehicle Document (Documento do Veículo).

5. INSURANCE AND COVERAGE

6. PERSONAL DATA OF THE LESSEE

7. MANDATORY E-TOLL SERVICE

8. FINAL PROVISIONS
